WE DON'T STOP AT CASTING.

This is not a list handed over and left there. We reach talent signed to us and talent who are not, and we hold what comes after the casting — creative, social operations, the production brief.

01The Network

We are not only looking inside our own roster

Re:AUTH has a CONTENT CREATOR division where our streamers and video creators belong. Beyond it, we have built a wide network across the esports and streaming industry with talent who are not signed to us. Rather than going looking for someone against a brief once a project lands, we can choose from both the people we work with every week and the people we are directly connected to.

Every creator in our own division is published on the team site with a profile and their social links, and each signing goes out as a company release. For talent outside it, we propose the people who fit once we have heard the brief — we do not publish that as a roster.

Casting is not where it ends

Visit the CONTENT CREATOR division

Plenty of companies let go once the casting is made, and the work that actually takes effort is everything after it. Depending on the brief we hold the creative, the social operation and the production brief itself. The production, graphics and social operation built for the competitive team goes in unchanged.

  • Casting

Chosen from inside the division and outside it. Not a registry filtered against criteria — the choice is made by the people who watch the work every week.

  • Creative

Planning, filming, editing and graphics. The remit runs past stacking up single pieces to getting a format into a shape that can keep going.

  • Social operations

Posting and announcements sit with us — the same thing we do every week on the competitive team's own accounts, done on the campaign side too.

  • Production briefs

What gets made and how, written down as a brief — at a grain the talent can work from, and specific enough that another team picking it up would make the same thing.

Our own talent can be booked directly

We can propose from the network outside, or you can cast the talent signed to us. Either way it is the same desk, and the setup and its delivery stay with us. Talk to us before the setup is fixed.

  • In-house

    Book the talent we sign

Campaigns with the talent in our own division are taken directly. The team that already produces their work is the team that delivers it.

  • Network

    Find them outside

Sometimes the right person is not ours, and then we propose from the network. It is the same reason we will tell you when a casting is wrong.

  • Delivery

    Held through to delivery

Scheduling, production, posting and what happens after publication. There is no step where an agency hands the work down to a production house, so the people who decided it are the people making it.

Enquiries before the requirements are fixed are welcome. The form opens in a new tab and is in Japanese. We reply within two business days, and the person who reads it runs the business.
